The Circle Of Life
I can't believe how quickly time flies! I have been meaning to post and haven't gotten around to it. So I will start where we left off.
For Mothers day Mike got me tickets to see Disney's the Lion King in Las Vegas. So we headed down south, visited Grandma and Grandpa Hinckley and spent a day in Vegas. Everytime I go I forget how much walking there is. The hotels look much closer than they are when you are going down the strip. We stopped for some pics with some good friends along the way...
Ate some YUMMY food...
(I don't know if I was starving or what but the chicken sandwich at the Rainforest Cafe was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I want to go back just for another one. You can't go wrong with crepes in Paris either!)
Despite the fact that I did not wear the right shoes for that much walking it was definitely worth the trip. The show was amazing! I loved it. Who doesn't like the lion king story though?!? I wanted to bring home the young Simba. He was so stinkin cute!
The last few years we have made it a tradition to go to the parade of homes. Every year it makes me want all these new things or to re-dew things in my house. This year was no different. I love going and seeing all the new ideas even if some of them are a complete long shot.
Here are a few of those keep on dreamin pics...
We had our official ultrasound and everything checks out perfectly. It is for sure a girl and she is right on schedule with all her measurments. She was not being very cooperative as far as pictures go so we did not get many good ones. I have been taking pictures of my growing belly and have been planning on posting...so here ya go.
16 weeks.........................20 weeks
23.5 weeks
It has been so fun to be able to go shopping and start getting things all ready for her. We have been busy putting together a crib and changing table and getting the room ready to paint. I can't believe we are almost under 3 months left. As I said at the beginning crazy how time flies.
