What we've been up too!

I swear I blink and it has been 6 months since I last posted.  So instead of writing a novel to tell you what we have been up to, I am just going to post pictures to tell the story.  They are more fun anyway.  We will start where we left off...

CHRISTMAS:

We had lots of fun with family over the holidays!  My brother and his family came into town from NC so we played everyday!  Keyli loved having cousins around.  Christmas was super fun with Keyli this year.  She was so excited for everything.  Favorite moments: Playing with cousins, visiting temple square, girl party,  pink chair, and the kids all doing the nativity.

EASTER:

Keyli loved dying the Easter eggs, but she did think she should eat them right when they came out of the dye...can you say yummy vinegar???

Holidays are so much fun with a toddler!  I loved watching all of Keyli's reactions.  She got pretty good at going for eggs during her 2 egg hunts.  We did one with all the cousins at Grandma's and her Dad took her to thanksgiving point as well.

PROJECTS:

I decided it was time to paint our beautiful down stairs bathroom.  Okay-it has been time for years but I wasn't quite ready to tackle it quite yet.  I have seen a bunch of horizontal stripe ideas on pinterest and decided that it was the perfect fix.  It finally is complete and I love the new look.  So much better-not that I have anything against sunflowers if that is your thing...

I have also seen a lot of posts on homemade laundry soap and thought I would try it out.  Haven't decided how I feel about it yet, so far it works just fine and it does make a ton so it will probably last forever.  Here is the link if you want to try it out

After our annual parade of homes tour, I now have a whole bunch more projects I would like to do...we'll see how quickly I get on them.

Hopefully I do another post before 6 months.
